3M have recently announced the discontinuation of the Airstream Headgear-Mounted Powered Air Purifying Respirator.
The 3M Airstream has been a popular unit with the mining and resource industries for many years due to its intrinsically safe setup and underground approvals for use in Queensland.
A great alternative to the 3M Airstream is the CleanSpace EX Intrinsically Safe PAPR System.
