T-Rex Flex Sealant/Adhesive
T-Rex Flex is a highly elastic sealant and adhesive designed for a wide variety of bonding, sealing, and filling applications. With a remarkable flexibility of 750%, it can absorb the movement of materials to which it is applied, making it ideal for use in sanitary areas. Upon curing, it creates a strong, elastic, and waterproof seal. This product utilizes the unique SMX® Hybrid Polymer technology developed by Soudal.

- Resistant to mold, contains biocide with fungicidal properties
- Free of solvents, isocyanates, acids, halogens, and toxic components, completely neutral
- Strong weather and UV resistance
- Sealing and bonding in the building and

- 15 months in original, unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place with temperature between +5°C and +25°C.
- Good resistance to (salt)water, aliphatic solvents, hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, alcohols, diluted mineral acids and alkalis.
- Poor resistance to aromatic solvents, concentrated acids and chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Delivery is free for all orders over $100 + GST to most of the Gold Coast, Tweed, Logan, Yatala, and Brisbane area (excludes Brisbane City and other unusual areas).

For customers inside our FIS area (delivery via ABL truck), please submit your order before 1:30pm to ensure prompt next day delivery.
Customers whose orders travel via external courier, please ensure your order is placed by 2pm to guarantee next day despatch.

RETURNS
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply call or email us within 31 days from receipt of the goods. ABL will not accept returns unless we have been notified in this manner.
We will arrange the return of your purchase and replace your order or refund you*. Goods must be returned in the condition you received them.
Return freight will be at ABL’s cost only when there has been an error on ABL’s part. If the error is ours we will cover freight charges for the return of goods. If the fault is not ABL's we will not cover return shipping or refund the original shipping costs.
Please note that special orders and custom made lines will only be replaced or refunded if the error is ours.
Of course, ABL is bound by relevant legislation under the Trade Practices Act (1974). These guidelines are for the protection of your customer rights. Our terms do not override the provisions given by the Trade Practices Act (1974)
*Some returns may incur a 10% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your refund amount. You will be advised of this when arranging the return.
