Bostik 2405 Rubber Contact Adhesive
- Neoprene blend contact adhesive. Good chemical resistance to acids and alkali.
- Gives greater heat resistance and stronger bond with Desmodur RFE.
- Resistant to oil, petrol and kerosene. Not resistant to esters, ketones, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
- Good water resistance.
- High bond strength with good heat and humidity resistance.
- Flexible and available in Natural colour.
Recommended Uses
Not suitable for: Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Teflon, Plasticized PVC except for low stress bonds, Copper/brass and Polystyrene foam
- Rubberised (including Hypalon) canvas on rescue and pleasure craft
- Natural and synthetic rubber Rubber to wood Rubber to metal (with Primer 17)
- Some rigid PVC’s*

DELIVERY
Please note: This product is classified as ‘Dangerous Goods’. Delivery to locations outside of our local FIS area will not be calculated online as a Dangerous Goods surcharge will apply. We will be in contact with you as soon as possible with a freight cost.
Delivery is free for all orders over $100 + GST to most of the Gold Coast, Tweed, Logan, Yatala, and Brisbane area (excludes Brisbane City and other unusual areas).

For customers inside our FIS area (delivery via ABL truck), please submit your order before 1:30pm to ensure prompt next day delivery.
Customers whose orders travel via external courier, please ensure your order is placed by 2pm to guarantee next day despatch.
This is based on Queensland EST & excludes custom or special product order.

RETURNS
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply call or email us within 31 days from receipt of the goods. ABL will not accept returns unless we have been notified in this manner.
We will arrange the return of your purchase and replace your order or refund you*. Goods must be returned in the condition you received them.
Return freight will be at ABL’s cost only when there has been an error on ABL’s part. If the error is ours we will cover freight charges for the return of goods. If the fault is not ABL's we will not cover return shipping or refund the original shipping costs.
Please note that special orders and custom made lines will only be replaced or refunded if the error is ours.
Of course, ABL is bound by relevant legislation under the Trade Practices Act (1974). These guidelines are for the protection of your customer rights. Our terms do not override the provisions given by the Trade Practices Act (1974)
*Some returns may incur a 10% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your refund amount. You will be advised of this when arranging the return.
